Its background traces back to Easy Top, an upscale furniture design and manufacturing company founded in 2003, and Febo, a contemporary furniture design and manufacturing company founded in 2007.

Along with home intelligence, E+F expanded from the furniture industry to lighting, audio, and AIoT smart home appliances, began to provide wine, drinkware, tableware ... and attempted to go outdoors to provide wilderness living supplies, sporting goods, and safety equipment ... from which it derived its four major brands EFHOME, EFPLAY, EFLIVING, and EFWILD.

In 2023, E+F's I-Tech team launched its own app - E+F APP, and its own streaming platform – EFMusic. You can easily control your whole-house devices through the E+F APP, and listen to your favorite music and content on EFMusic.
